Processing
- Manage and develop markets, find potential customers in assigned areas
- Receive business targets (vehicles or spare parts) and make work plans to achieve assigned targets.
- Consulting and convincing customers to choose the company's products and services, negotiating and signing contracts
- Monitor customer contract implementation, manage customer database
- Proactively contact and create relationships with customers, and take care of customers during the after-sales process
- Receive customer feedback, report to the Sales Director to find solutions if there are any questions or complaints.
- Prepare vehicle/vehicle spare parts sales contracts. Support necessary procedures if customers need to borrow from banks or register for vehicle registration.,
- Repair/service consulting for customers
