Responsible for operating the technical system, receiving and handling all incidents arising during the shift:
To turn on and off and monitor the operation of technical equipment systems for daily work as prescribed.
Handling requests for technical problems arising during the shift.
Record operating parameters, energy consumption indicators of the systems in accordance with regulations.
Monitor fire alarm system, sound system, BMS system, fire protection system and elevator monitoring system to promptly handle arising problems.
Carry out maintenance of technical equipment systems according to the plan of superiors.
Thoroughly implement measures to save energy and costs.
Carry out the work according to the Group's procedures, regulations and KT standards.
Join the building's rapid response team (Emergency Response Team) and be a key member of the team.
Maintain and clean equipment room to standard condition.
Maintain and ensure good working conditions of technical tools; equipment must be stored at all times, and equipment storage areas must be safe and clean.
Comply with all legal requirements on occupational safety & fire protection in the workplace, saving energy.
Perform other duties assigned by superiors.
