Work content:
- Receiving and checking errors (if any) of car navigation devices, motorbike navigation devices, dash cams, and car accessories transferred from suppliers;
- Receive information from the Customer Care/Sales/Installation Engineering department about damage and warranty of customer equipment to provide timely solutions;
- Perform warranty checks and repair customer equipment during use when problems occur;
- Care and management of customers who have installed the company's equipment;
- Consulting and instructing customers on how to use vehicle equipment;
- Perform other tasks as requested by direct management
Job requirements:
- Graduated from Intermediate/College or higher majoring in Electrical - Electronics, Automotive or other fields related to electronic engineering
- At least 6 months experience in a similar position
- Communicate, work in groups, and solve problems quickly and effectively
- Basic computer use
- Agile, hard-working, responsible for work;
- Ability to adapt to office environment;
- Passionate about work and development-oriented in the field of Electronic Engineering; "currently performing other tasks as requested by direct management.
- Work from Monday to Saturday morning.
- Work at the Company Office.
