- Responsible for the sewing technique of the line, and monitoring to achieve daily productivity
- Establish standard time norms for sewing lines, arrange line adjustments after 3 days to new production codes, coordinate with team leader/foreman to achieve required results
- Set up and track schedules for new product codes.
- Monitor process preparation for new product codes (raw materials, machinery, diagrams,...)
- Monitor and record product coding time.
- Monitor line output every hour & find bottlenecks in the process, improve sewing line efficiency.
- Make line balancing reports, update (necessary things) and report to the manager, and at the same time copy to the team leader and foreman.
- Report/record changes/adjustments made in the line such as: tools that come with the machine, sewing templates, and other tools and tools to reduce operation time.
- Update standard procedures and apply them to the line.
