- Receive notifications about the situation of raw materials transferred to the company, then make a NPL balance sheet to calculate the need for enough production orders.
- Develop samples, conduct production plans, monitor production progress and sample sewing progress to send to customers, check shipment plans.
- Report on the fluctuation of raw materials during the production process: defects, shortages, errors caused by customers, errors caused by the factory....
- Put cartons, bags, moisture-proof paper... if the customer does not provide it to the factory.
- Check debt, report and propose payment.
