1.1. For customers:
- Receive exchange/return/warranty products from customers, check products to identify errors.
- Based on the following factors: customer response time, product defects, to provide exchange/return/warranty handling for each specific case.
- Work on the exchange/return/warranty management system to: process and update information for customers via email. In cases where more information is needed from the Customer, it is necessary to call back for information or notify the customer on how to handle it by phone.
- Continuously monitor the warranty period and check with NCC, so as to ensure the warranty period as committed to the customer.
- Taking care of customers through working directly and continuously with related departments.
- Report arising problems, find out causes, improve measures for arising products.
1.2.For authorized service centers and stations (TBHUQ)
- Responsible for requesting supply - monitoring - statistics: materials and components used for warranty at the center, TBHUQ.
- Dedicated technical guidance center, TBHUQ.
- Periodically train professional courses: Center, TBHUQ.
- Assess the ability to handle central expertise, TBHUQ.
1.3.Perform other related tasks as assigned by superiors.
