- Receiving project information from Management level.
- Make reference to design drawings and site surveys
- Preparation before construction:
+ Prepare legal documents and input quality documents.
+ Prepare SHOPDRAWING drawings, rated volume (blocking volume) and material recommendations.
- Carrying out construction work on site:
+ Supervise field teams to ensure work quality and construction progress.
+ Coordinate to handle work under the direction of Management, Investors, and Supervision Consultants.
+ Manage materials, machinery, and construction equipment in the field.
+ Acceptance of completed project workload.
+ Fire protection acceptance with authorities.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, QS departments to perform payment and settlement.
- Report work periodically according to regulations.
