2.Operating technical equipment/systems of the Building
- Perform daily building inspection according to checklist.
- Operate technical equipment/systems of the Hotel Building in accordance with technical standards.
-Participate in the implementation of procedures to handle emergency situations such as elevator rescue, fire response, power failure, water loss, gas leak ... proficiently.
- Make repair requests quickly and efficiently.
-Perform the tasks assigned by Chief Engineer, KST Assistant, Technical Supervisor.
3.Maintenance of equipment/facilities of the Building
-Perform the maintenance of infrastructure, equipment/technical systems of the Building in accordance with the procedures.
