1.General Administration
- Comply with all regulations and working procedures of the Technical Department and the Management Company / Building Management Board.
-Preserve and keep personal equipment and tools and equipment and shared tools in good condition.
- Report on the performance of assigned tasks to superiors.
- Fully update information related to the assigned work during the shift into means such as diary, bulletin board, memo...
2.Operating technical equipment/systems of the Building
- Perform daily building inspection according to checklist.
- Operate technical equipment/systems of the Hotel Building in accordance with technical standards.
-Participate in the implementation of procedures to handle emergency situations such as elevator rescue, fire response, power failure, water loss, gas leak ... proficiently.
- Make repair requests quickly and efficiently.
-Perform the tasks assigned by Chief Engineer, KST Assistant, Technical Supervisor.
3.Maintenance of equipment/facilities of the Building
-Perform the maintenance of infrastructure, equipment/technical systems of the Building in accordance with the procedures.
