• Implement the correct operation of technical systems equipped in the building, ensuring safety, efficiency, and fuel economy.
• Regular inspection, periodical inspection of items inside the building, timely reporting to superiors and staff responsible for repairing damaged items.
• Participating in the repair of failures, maintenance of construction items in the building such as: maintenance of living space, maintenance of electricity and water systems, maintenance of security systems.
• Supervising the contractor for the construction of items inside the building and making a record of acceptance when the work is completed.
• Manage the necessary materials and technical equipment of the building, make a record of warehousing, a record of borrowing materials, etc.
• Make a building maintenance plan, discuss with other employees, superiors, customers, create a complete plan and carry out maintenance.
• Perform tasks assigned by superiors.
