Description of work: 1. Prepare for the beginning of the shift
Clean and arrange equipment and tools according to spa standards.
Check the operating status of the equipment and machinery systems in the spa to see if they are working well.
Check the quantity and classification of cosmetics, essential oils, oils... and supplement if lacking.
Replenish shampoo, facial cleanser, makeup remover, makeup remover cotton, alcohol, and salt water before welcoming guests.
Sterilize tools according to spa regulations and safety standards.
2. Serve guests
Receive guests from the Manager or proactively welcome guests when they see guests coming to the Spa. Check the treatments customers have purchased and new customers, advise and assist customers in choosing services that suit their needs
Guide customers to the selected service area. During that time, the spa technician prepares everything necessary for the treatment.
Perform Spa treatments for guests according to all trained procedures.
Answer questions from customers during service.
Suggest and introduce to guests other products and services in the spa that are suitable for them.
Notify the Receptionist about the customer's request for additional hours or additional services
Note to customers what to do after the service ends, advise them on home skin care and when to return for the next service if they purchase the treatment.
Remind customers to check their belongings before leaving the room, and guide them to the shoe collection area
