Processing
- Perform reception work and guide customers to transact at the Company;
- Receive and process calls, manage the switchboard according to Company regulations;
- Receive and deliver incoming and outgoing dispatches. Open a department to monitor incoming and outgoing dispatches and documents. Monitor and control mailing costs from Departments/Departments through the front desk, store delivery slips to compare with Suppliers monthly before payment to ensure correct and appropriate costs;
- Receive invoices, documents, documents from Departments/Departments, record tickets and send by express delivery.
- Manage the press and distribute newspapers according to regulations;
- Record information of guests and employees and transfer information as requested.
- Support administrative work when incidents arise;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Administrative Department management levels as they arise.
