1.Perform professional work: Welcoming and directing guests and partners to the Company; record customer information (if necessary) Receive and track phone calls / Receive and transfer phone calls at the request of incoming customers Track and process and manage documents, documents, letters Track and manage meeting room reservations; arrange meeting rooms; Monitor and manage vehicle dispatch in the company Track/pay phone charges Track/pay lunch fees for employees Issuing and managing fingerprints, phone codes, cards for employees Update contacts Employees and solve arising problems related to the Group's internal telecommunications system Procurement of stationery, book air tickets and hotel rooms in case of employees on business trips Support to organize internal events corporate ministry; Support administrative secretarial work (if assigned)
