WORK CONTENT:
- Customer reception;
- Guide and direct customers to where they need to go, answer customer questions;
- Receive and process incoming and outgoing calls via the company's hotline;
- Receive and store information and records according to regulations;
- Keep the reception area and lobby clean
- Coordinate with other departments, handle common tasks as requested by superiors when necessary
