- Receiving calls:
+ All calls from outside and inside the company
+ Record complete and accurate call information
+ Answer calls within the scope of expertise or transfer to competent departments or personnel
- Welcoming customers and company partners according to the established process
- Prepare meeting rooms and logistics
- Other tasks as directed by the Head/Deputy Department & General Director
2. Support and coordination tasks:
- Receive and sort incoming and outgoing mail and goods
- Receiving guests under the direction of the Head/Deputy Department & the Board of General Directors
- Job description can be adjusted when there is a change
Candidate Requirements:- Female, age 20 - 30;
- Good-looking appearance (160cm tall, 48kg weight), well-proportioned;
- Graduating from college or higher;
- 1 year experience in a similar position;
- Good English communication is an advantage;
- Responsible, agile, confident in communication.
