- Prepare and implement market research and communication programs and plans.

- Collect information, compile technical consulting articles: instructions for use, advise on customer concerns and questions to highlight the Company's products.
- Build media messages, compile scripts, collect documents (images, clips, content), write articles, compile video content to promote products and services to push on social media channels Youtube, Facebook, Website….
- In charge of related tasks:
- Images of website content.
- Post daily and weekly articles on the website (coffee market information, company products...).
- Statistics of visits and understanding of customer reference content on the Company's website.
