JOB DESCRIPTION
Select the NCC provided according to the Company's criteria, summarize and submit to the Head of Department
- Select the best qualified NCCs,
- Manage NCC approved by Leader (technical product group)
- Check the actual proposed materials in the field (check the damaged materials at the machine) before submitting the proposal to the Leader for approval.
- Make a purchase plan in order of priority and submit it to the Head of Department for approval
- Responsible for purchasing technical materials, repairing machinery and equipment.
- Responsible for the progress and quality of the materials purchased by them.
- Make orders, check and accept materials (records of actual installation & operation), compare debts, make payment records at the end of the month.
- Evaluate NCC periodically
- Save working records according to ISO standards
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department
- Report daily work to Head of Department
Candidate Requirements
- Education level: College or above
- 1-2 years working experience in similar position
- Ability to work: Able to work under pressure, independent, able to work in a team

Working time: 7:30 am - 11:30 am; 13h30 - 17h30 (closed on Saturday and Sunday)
