Processing
- Contact vendors and carriers to coordinate shipment processing.
- Track the schedule of each shipment to plan specific handling.
- Make invoices for customers, track revenue and expenditure for each delivered shipment.
- Check invoices and shipping documents to ensure they are always correct and complete
- Arrange shipment delivery plans according to customer requests
- Prepare and send complete sets of export documents to customers and shipping lines.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Have at least 3 years experience in the industry
Proficiency in office computer,
Communicate fluently in English (Listening & Speaking skills are priority)
Agile, flexible, enthusiastic at work
Have a high spirit of progress and responsibility at work
