Job details
- Monitoring contracts: Statistics of contracts and orders; Disassemble contract materials; make a schedule of delivery and receipt of goods; prepare payment documents; Delivery and debt collection.
- Searching for suppliers of goods for the Company's projects.
- Negotiate, negotiate prices, terms... and propose NCC selection as required.
- Prepare purchasing plan to submit to the Board of Directors for approval.
- Solve problems related to ordering, receiving and delivery.
- Coordinate with accounting department in monthly inventory activities.
- Perform other tasks as required by the leadership, details will be discussed in the interview
