Main tasks
• Plan and prioritize purchasing activities.
• Evaluate ordering plans, make purchasing requests, manage the selection process.
• Transmit information and support necessary documents to suppliers.
• Monitor order status, be ready for incidents of shortage or backlog of goods, and contact directly with relevant departments.
• Track orders and confirm production times, delivery times and costs.
• Review, update and maintain orders until completion.
• Ensure orders comply with contractual agreements; Report results to management.
• Identify opportunities and execute work to deliver results.
• Contribute to consolidating and reducing costs from local suppliers.
Job requirements
• University degree in economics, commerce, foreign languages or equivalent majors
• Have at least 2 years of working experience in the field of Purchasing, import-export
• Proficient in office computers and management software
• Have extensive knowledge of goods and market prices
• Able to work independently, proactively, and under pressure
• Have good communication and negotiation skills
