WORK CONTENT
• Receive purchase requests.
• Check purchasing information, find suitable suppliers to make purchases.
• Monitor the progress of incoming goods and handle issues related to orders.
• Handle procedures related to purchasing, import procedures, logistics operations...
• Prepare payment documents with suppliers.
• Control the quality of imported goods.
• Search, expand, evaluate and optimize suppliers.
• Report work as required.
REQUEST
• Female, University graduate majoring in foreign economics, foreign trade, foreign languages... (priority is given to students graduating from the National School of Economics, Foreign Trade, Foreign Languages, Diplomacy). Age range from 22 - 30
• Have experience of 1-2 years or more in a similar position.
• Fluent in Chinese in 4 skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing (good level)
• Priority is given to those with experience in logistics companies
• Understand issues related to import-export and logistics.
• Ability to process information quickly, accurately, proactively and highly independently.
• Proficient computer skills, using work support software.
