- Anticipate user needs before they arise to predict market trends and future opportunities.
- Search and update new technologies, identify customer groups that love and use KATA's products that are being researched and developed.
- Advise and propose ideas, plans, and solutions for product development and creativity that are different from other companies in the same field.
2. Product management and development
- Carry out research and development of new OEM/ODM products under the KATA brand according to the Company's goals and orientations.
- Search, negotiate, and maintain relationships with foreign suppliers to complete new products.
- Work with Forwarder to carry out steps to purchase imported goods.
- Maintain purchase records.
- Product direction throughout the implementation cycle, with a particular focus on customer experience and tailoring solutions to users.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of new products
3. Cooperate with departments to operate products
- Translate catalog documents and instructions for using new products
- Coordinate closely with marketing, sales, technical and operations departments to deploy and develop products to the market.
