*Request:

• Graduated from college, university or higher. Priority is given to candidates with purchasing experience in the bookstore and vpp industry.
• Have at least 3 years of working experience in a similar position.
• Skills and personality:
• Good negotiation, negotiation and communication skills.
• High sense of responsibility, enthusiasm for work.
• Ability to work independently, good organization and work management capacity.

* Job description:

• Carry out the work of searching for items to supply to the Company's bookstores
• Track the status of goods after placing an order;
• Update and search for product suppliers, develop supplier system to serve purchasing effectively;
• Maintain relationships with suppliers;
• Drafting purchasing contracts, orders, negotiating with suppliers;
• Coordinate with relevant departments during contract implementation and goods receipt, coordinate to resolve and report cases that arise during implementation;

Some other jobs and tasks as assigned by direct manager.
