Job duties
- Receive customer allocation list
- Directly contact customers to remind loans and receive payment commitments from customers
- Offer plans/solutions to convince customers to pay the company's loans.
- Update new customer contact information into the system
- Report work completion results periodically
- Perform tasks as assigned by direct manager.
Candidate requirements
- Male/female/LGBT graduated from high school.
- No experience required
- Good communication, skillful and flexible handling of situations
- Persevere, work hard, and be responsible at work
Working hours: 8:00 - 17:00; 6 days/week
