Processing
Assist in the development and improvement of internal rules, regulations and processes in administrative management;
Coordinating with recruitment personnel, implementing new staffing.
Make a record of handling personnel who violate the internal rules, regulations and regulations of the Company;
Make contracts and update personnel directory, personnel information into HR data.
Making regimes for personnel in accordance with the law and the Company's regulations (social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, maternity ....)
Manage payroll, permission, salary calculation, bonus, OT working mode.
Report and register labor with state management agencies
Coordinating with management in formulating salary regulations, salary scale, reward and punishment regulations, measures to encourage - stimulate employees to work,
Coordinating with the human resource evaluation department monthly and periodically to make changes to raise salary, propose rewards and discipline the whole Company.
