- Manage timekeeping and calculate salaries, bonuses, commissions, and business efficiency.
- Organize, store and update salary, reward and labor discipline records.
- Answer questions about salary, bonus and welfare policies.
- In charge of labor contracts, tax documents, social insurance and trade unions.
- Declare personal income tax quarterly and carry out annual tax refund procedures.
2. Recruitment (30%)
- Develop recruitment strategy and manage the recruitment process from posting to interviewing and selecting candidates.
- Monitor and evaluate recruitment effectiveness and support integration of new employees.
3. Administration (30%)
- Manage official dispatches, documents and personnel records.
- Supervise food suppliers, security teams, workers' protective equipment, etc.
-Representing the company to work with state agencies: Fire Prevention, Security and Order, Industrial Park Management Board, Factory Owners,... when there are problems that need to be resolved.
-Implement procedures to extend Work Permit, Temporary Residence Card, Driver's License for foreigners
4. Other ( 10%)
- Reports related to production output.
