JOB DESCRIPTION
- Carrying out recruitment work:
+ Directly develop recruitment plans;
+ Recruit personnel according to approved personnel limits and company requirements
+ Organize personnel reception, monitor post-reception management according to the process directly at the construction site
- Human resources management:
+ Monitor, evaluate, and make recommendations regarding human resources during use by departments at the construction site
+ Consult with company leaders on arrangements to ensure efficiency in use
+ Life work and union activities; Support and coordinate office staff to grasp the rules, regulations, culture and actively build and develop the company to deploy and apply effectively at the construction site.
+ Take the lead in implementing training and developing local human resources. Plan, build and organize internal and external training programs according to assigned sections
- Implement salary, bonus, social insurance and welfare regimes for employees.
- Internal regulations:
+ Develop internal rules and operating regulations of the company at appropriate construction sites
+ Control and monitor the observance of internal rules and regulations to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Perform other tasks as directed by leaders of the Administrative Department and company leaders
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from University specializing in human resource management training.
- Good use of office information technology and business software.
- Have at least 03 years of experience in a similar position with a human resources management scale of 300 employees or more;
- Priority: human resources in Quang Ngai and Binh Dinh areas. Personnel are supported with accommodation at the construction site if needed.
- Priority is given to candidates with experience in the construction field
- Priority is given to male candidates who do not suffer from motion sickness and can go on business trips when required.
