- Update, review, supplement and amend the Company's internal regulations and working regulations to suit the provisions of law and the operation process.
- Write a report on the new provisions of the Enterprise Law, the Labor Law, the Law on Social Insurance and Health Insurance related to the company's operations.
- Personnel recruitment:
+ Receive recruitment requirements of the units, analyze and proactively make recruitment plans for each position,
+ Recruitment: Posting, receiving candidates, screening, organizing interviews, ...
+ Perform procedures to receive new employees,
+ Manage and develop recruitment channels of the Company.
