• Honesty, carefulness, hard work, orderliness.
• Experience working in food labs is an advantage
* Scope of work responsibilities:
• New product development:
o Up the ingredients. Balance the ability to have a stable supply of raw materials and the ability to deploy large-scale industrial production.
o Cook the products. Choose the optimal option.
o Analysis and measurement of nutrition and taste.
o Coordinate with Marketing Department to develop packaging.
o Coordinate with production department on mass production process.
• Improvements to existing products:
o Statistics of technical defects, quality, product improvement opportunities.
o Make an improvement plan, coordinate with related departments to implement this improvement activity.
• Quality control:
o Make a list of key quality criteria for each product line and measurement plan.
o Measure, evaluate
o Warn related departments of excess standards and potential risks.
