Job description
- Monitor, resolve, and process orders and customer requests
- Check, monitor and update the progress of customers in charge. Establish, build, and manage customer lists.
- Coordinate with export support staff on orders, delivery dates, quantity of goods delivered or customs documents, and other Departments/Departments to carry out work effectively.
- Search and contact potential customers to create relationships and sell company products.
- Operate on online tools to search for International Customers.
- Company representatives work with customers on selling prices, discounts, time, delivery location, negotiation, negotiation, and review of transaction contracts.
- Carry out periodic reports and other tasks assigned by direct Manager.
Request
- Male/Female graduated from College or higher, majoring in International Business, Business English or equivalent.
- Have knowledge about sales promotion, market research, international trade conditions, foreign trade operations,...
- Business English, ability to read and understand import-export documents, ability to write emails and draft commercial contracts is an advantage
- Can withstand work pressure.

Working hours : 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday)
