JOB DESCRIPTION
- Welcome and invite guests to sit based on the service process
- Serve food and drinks to guests
- Clear tablecloths to the area
- Set up tables for welcoming new guests
- Always be on time, efficient and dress neatly with the correct uniform
- Clean cutlery, spoons and forks to set up tables and take out stations
- Clean different trays for serving, clean and sweep the restaurant
- Perform daily and weekly cleaning tasks such as taking out the trash, washing, drying, changing salt, grinding pepper, grinding spices, cleaning chairs, menus, etc.
- Support other staff or bartenders
- Participate in meetings before shifts
- Practice introducing food and drinks
- Ensure that the restaurant area is neat and clean.
- Support other members of the service team to ensure a good shift according to their ability, and be able to complete tasks alone.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Men and women aged 18 and over.
- Good health, agile, honest, hardworking.
- Clean and neat appearance.
- Priority is given to candidates with experience working in restaurants and bars.
