JOB DESCRIPTION:
● Managing classes includes monitoring the learning situation of students in class, monitoring/supporting foreign teachers to understand and properly implement the center's curriculum.
● Manage and support teaching assistants working with the class.
● Contact parents to discuss students' learning situation in class and offer solutions to support students' learning.
● Responsible for maintaining and updating the student learning report database according to the form.
● Record students' periodic tests, monitor class progress according to syllabus and update learning status monthly.
● Test students, coordinate with other departments for customer care, and handle questions related to the curriculum/classes.
● Prepare study materials and books for students and teachers
● Weekly/monthly summary report to department head.
● Participate in periodic system meetings and important events as assigned by the system
● Other requirements as assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
● Loves children, has good discipline and has a progressive spirit.
● Major in English language or have an English certificate equivalent to IELTS 6.5 (Final year students waiting for a degree are accepted).
● Priority is given to candidates who have worked in the field of education or have experience in a similar position.
● Have effective persuasion and communication skills.
● Have good independent and teamwork skills and the ability to withstand high work pressure.
