Job details
- Check whether imported raw materials and goods are of guaranteed quality and meet the set standards.
- Monitor usage status when raw materials enter the production process
- Resolve problems that may arise with suppliers, and evaluate suppliers
- Participate in the development of new products and sample products.
- During the production process, workers regularly check to see if the stages are okay and whether errors have arisen to promptly request corrections.
- Participate in resolving customer requests and complaints about product quality
- Together with departments, develop new products and sample products
- Establish standards for evaluating the quality of finished products
- Directly inspect and evaluate the quality of finished products, and approve products that meet standards
- Collect and classify defective products in the technical section and then submit repair requests
- Participate in resolving customer requests and complaints about product quality

Request:
- Graduated from University in all majors
- Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar job position
- Understanding of quality standards and management and supervision processes
- Proficient in using office information technology (Word, Excel) and management software
- Dynamic, creative, good communication
- Honest and responsible with work
- Fluent in English and Chinese
