Responsible for communicating delivery information with sales, suppliers, ports, production departments, freight operators, warehouse managers, quality staff, etc. and coordinating to ensure Arrange export trailers for finished products.

1. Export trailer dispatch: Contact the export trailer dealer and provide instructions for shipment coordination and trailer dispatch.

2. Arrange transportation schedules between warehouses: Arrange the transfer of goods inside and outside the factory according to production schedule, delivery and warehouse situation.

3. Domestic delivery management: Arrange the delivery of finished products to local customers in Vietnam, while also arranging vehicle schedules and tracking goods arrival.

4. Handling unusual incidents: Monitor and handle the loading and unloading of export goods, promptly respond to progress and coordinate to handle unusual incidents.

5. Export Expense Reimbursement: Responsible for reconciling payments with suppliers such as export customs declarations, trailers, door to door delivery, express delivery, etc.
