Garment Production Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Monitor and manage orders to ensure production operations.
· Monitor management and arrange deliveries
· Check and handle orders arising (if any).
· Control the entire garment production process inside and outside the company.
· Manage sample progress from development to mass production.
· Control and manage quality, product quantity, and debt of processing orders.
· Control the quality and quantity of products produced at the company.
· Control quality as well as material progress, production line planning and production schedule.
· Report directly to the Director on production status when needed
· Make weekly production reports.
Other related tasks as requested by superiors.
Qualification requirements (minimum): College degree in Garment Technology
Experience required:
Have experience in production management at a garment company for at least 1 year.
Proficient in Excel
Good communication skill.
Have leadership skills.
Strong, logical and creative problem solving
