1.Job description
- Research company products.
- Find out customer needs
- Coordinate with relevant departments to plan and implement customer & competitor research activities
- Create surveys, conduct surveys and analyze information and data about customers, competitors and market developments
- Conduct in-depth interviews with customers and target customers
- Prepare reports on product orientation, customer needs, and market situation
- Propose changes in products/services, customer approach orientation based on survey results
- Work with partners providing market research services to obtain data for research and reporting.
- Continuously update market trends and research changing user or market behaviors
- Write product reports
- Monitor research products (stability of raw materials and finished products - production samples)
- Appraisal of production processes
- Make daily reports
- Have skills in sensory evaluation and making statistical charts of research products
2. Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in an R&D position. Priority is given to specializing in the industry - dairy - confectionery - beverage, over 2 years of experience (accepting long-distance business trips)
· Graduated from university majoring in: food technology, food biochemistry or food technology-analytical chemistry

Working hours: Monday - Saturday (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.). Saturday work week off
