- Coordinate with the company's sales department to analyze customer orders.
• Carry out planning and production schedules to appropriately meet customer and company requirements.
• Assign specific tasks to each production department.

• Consider the amount of existing work to plan production for new orders.
• Direct order execution and adjust production plans when necessary; Assign work to department heads and production supervisors.
• Develop, supplement and amend production instructions, product quality inspection procedures, and implement product description documents.
• Supervise the production process, the working process of workers, line leaders, department heads... to ensure reasonable use of raw materials and products are made according to the instructions of the production process.
• Timely detect defective products. Investigate issues related to product quality, analyze causes and find quick solutions.
• Always check to ensure safety requirements in daily production activities.
• Arrange positions and jobs for affiliated employees and organize skills testing.
• Based on production situation and actual needs, plan and coordinate with the human resources department to recruit additional necessary personnel to serve the production activities of the enterprise.
• Participate in the interview process to select candidates capable of meeting job requirements.
• Organize evaluation of production workers' performance and propose appropriate reward schemes to motivate and promote work performance.
REQUEST:
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a Production Management position. Graduated from college or higher
- Have excellent strategic thinking (including synthetic, analytical, systematic, creative and logical thinking);
- Dynamic, hardworking, eager to learn
- Using English or Korean is a plus.
