JOB DESCRIPTION
- Build tour program, calculate tour price
- Directly communicate with customers, answer questions to meet customer requirements
- Introduce, promote and sell the company's products and services to other organizations and businesses in order to enhance the brand and services of Wonder Vietnam.
- Finding and exploiting domestic customers to achieve assigned revenue
- Build and update customer database. Regularly take care of customers in your own customer file, find & meet customer needs.
- Coordinate with the Executive Department to organize tours.
- Coordinate with Marketing Department to maintain and develop customer system.
- Coordinate with the Accounting Department to complete the procedures for contracts, payment and settlement
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- College/Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality and Tourism/Foreign Languages or other related majors.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the same position.
- Having knowledge and understanding about programs, routes, tour services in the North, South and Central of Vietnam.
- Having more knowledge about other tourist destinations is an advantage
- Good communication, negotiation and sales skills
- Fluency in English is a huge advantage
- Able to travel for business/travel at the request of the company
- Desire to develop career.
- Enthusiastic and sociable and attentive.
Details of the policy and working mode are as follows:
1. Working time
- 40h/week (8hh & 13h30) from Monday to Friday + Saturday afternoon.
- 12 days of leave/year
