- Receive customer booking information via phone, email, directly and use ticket booking systems to quote prices, advise on flight itineraries, book tickets, refund, cancel, change tickets... according to customer's request.
- Manage and take responsibility for bookings and tickets booked/issued by the customer from the time the customer requests until the end of the journey.
