- Coordination of orders and deliveries: Consolidation of orders; monitor the import - export - inventory of goods to be proactive in selling and purchasing materials and production materials when needed; Follow up orders, deliver on time, make accurate delivery records for each order.
- Receive all feedback from customers / by phone, check the information, send reports to the Head of Department / Sales Director.
-Monitor sales to motivate employees to follow the revenue schedule; manage and motivate customers on debt deadlines.
- Managing information systems, drafting documents and internal documents related to operations at the Sales Department.
- Manage customer list, organize customer care; Coordination and implementation of tender documents.
- Update sales figures, check the authenticity of sales reports of sales staff.
- Synthesize, analyze data and prepare sales reports by day, week, month, quarter, year.
- Calculate bonus for sales staff
- Drafting, editing and managing administrative documents related to business such as making offer letters, quotations, contracts.
- Develop an action plan and monitor and remind other employees in the department to follow the plan.
