Mission:
1. Sales consultant
- Answer customers and customer inquiries about products and services
- Advise customers on which products and services are most suitable for their needs

-Confirm and close the order
-Create sales invoices on the company's ERP system
-Responsible for packaging according to company standards, creating bills of lading, tracking, handling
(if any arise during delivery)
2. Customer care
-Confirm the receipt of the customer's goods and ask for feedback from the customer
-Create a relationship with customers for post-purchase care
3. Administrative work and completing documents
- Order tools - tools for online sales: paper boxes, shockproof paper, stamps

- Make proposal (via email), submit EO and enter BO on ERP
4 . Planning and reporting
- Make a proposal plan for next month's sales: promotion, image/content
