- Responsible for product management on Websites and social networking platforms.
- Consulting products for customers on e-commerce channels, websites, social networks.
- Receive and handle special requests/complaints from customers
- Searching for customers and taking care of customers after sales, maintaining and developing relationships with customers
- Coordinate with departments in the company (Supply Chain: coordinate goods, MKT: order programs...) and partners (shopee, lazada...)
- Prepare business report, follow up customer situation.
- Updating the service process to improve work efficiency
- Other e-commerce channel development tasks at the request of direct managers
