1. Working time:
- Morning: 8:00 am - 11:45 am (Monday - Friday)
- Afternoon: 13h - 17h15 (Monday - Friday)
- Morning: 8:45 am (Saturday)
2. Job Description:
- Receive request for quotation from sales department, process search and compare quotes of suppliers.
- Support to provide full information about goods to the sales department.
- Follow up orders, promotion to ensure timely import progress.
- Collect invoices and delivery documents. Transfer invoices to accounting department.
- Inventory import/export management
3. Requirements:
- Education: College / University majoring in Business Administration
- Experience: 6 months-1 year experience
- Office computer skills (Word, excel, searching internet)
- Good communication skills, honesty, enthusiasm and high sense of responsibility.
