Job Description

1. JOB DETAILS:
  • Make counseling calls and convince parents to buy specialized English courses based on available data from Marketing
  • Manage customer resources available from Marketing and outside to increase revenue and service quality.
  • New customer data will be provided daily for consultation.

2. BENEFITS:

3. REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidates aged 21-27;
  • Good voice, able to communicate
  • Have a laptop to work.
  • Agile, like to learn and participate in general activities of the organization;
  • Has the ability to handle flexible situations when communicating with parents. Responsible and progressive at work;
  • Having telesale experience > 06 months, experience in tele-marketing educational products from 01 year or more is an advantage.
4. WORKING TIME AND LOCATION:
  • Address: No.5, Lane 70 Nguyen Hoang, Nam Tu Liem, Hanoi
  • Working time: Monday-Saturday, Morning from 8:30-12:00, afternoon 13:30-18:00.
