Telesales:
- Search for Enterprise data through Online Tools, Conferences, Relationships,...
- Call and send emails to advise customers about the Company's services
- Prepare Quotations and Contracts.
- Coordinate with relevant units to take samples and monitor and return results to customers
- Coordinate with Accounting to issue invoices and collect customer debts
Support:
- Prepare Quotation, Contract, acceptance and liquidation
- Transfer information customers need for sales
- Arrange work schedules between Sales and Customers
- Coordinate with Sales to advise and close contracts with customers.
- Monitor and support project implementation stages for customers (From start to finish, contract liquidation).
- Monitor sample collection from customers until samples arrive at the laboratory and return results to customers
