1. Job duties
- Call to care for customers who have purchased products according to the available script
- Handle calls, act as a bridge between customers and relevant departments - Advise on discount and promotional programs for customers, Resale, upsale of other company products to customers according to the scenario available.
- Classify data, update order information on the software.
2. Requirements
- Having experience in a Telesales/Customer Service position is an advantage, if not, training will be provided
- Work proactively, creatively and with high responsibility. Don't wait for management to assign work
- Have a personal laptop for work
- Good persuasion and communication skills
- Good voice, standard, no lisp

- Income: Committed no less than 10 - 15M (including fixed salary: 6,500,000 - 8,000,000/month + bonus + commission)
