Job details:
- Make persuasive phone calls and guide customers to pay due debts according to the allocated amount.
- Detect, check and report special cases to management (fraud, fraud, etc.)
- Support and advise customers when needed in accordance with their respective roles and responsibilities.
- Participate in other tasks as assigned by Team Leader
