- Searching for suppliers, building and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
- Compare, evaluate and negotiate factors on price, quality, service from suppliers
- Responsible for checking contracts and documents related to purchasing activities.
- Maintain up-to-date records of purchased products/materials, shipping information and invoices.
- Track orders and update material order deadlines
- Proactively solve arising problems related to delivery and quality of materials.
- Make payment records for suppliers.
- Perform duties as directed by superiors.
