1. JOB DETAILS:- Welcome call clients
- Walk clients through compliance process
- Collect documents from clients
- Conduct strategy calls
- Collect, upload and process documents from clients
- Process documents to creditors
- Update clients' information to appropriate sections
- Assist the negotiation team with document preparation, calls to creditors
- Provide extraordinary customer service to our clients - Handle all incoming emails/calls from both clients and creditors
- Review negotiated settlements for mathematical and other errors
- Submit client settlement approvals
- Tasks assigned under the direction of management
2. REQUIREMENTS- Fluent English communication (use 70% English when working)
- Age from 18-33 years old, can work night shift.
- Have the ability to think and be sensitive to work.
- Good voice, clear and coherent.
- Ability to work independently and in groups.
- Using basic computer software skills (CRM, RC...) will be trained.
3. BOOK LOI- Receive training on the entire process before starting work
- Use software such as CRM, RC according to company requirements (full instructions are provided)
- Participate in full social insurance according to state regulations.
- Periodic health examination

- Provided working equipment according to position. Tea, cakes, coffee, noodles... daily

4. SALARY: From 12,000,000 VND – 14,000,000 VND + Bonus (From 20,000,000 VND/month)
5. WORKING TIME : From 10:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. (
NIGHT SHIFT ) - Because the working market is entirely in the US. Work 5 days/week
