Directly perform steps in the watch warranty process, including:
- Receive customer repair/warranty requests. Send the watch to the technician for inspection and quote (if any).
- Receive the watch after warranty from the Technical Department and classify it.
- Check the watch again after warranty, clean, package and deliver it for delivery.
- Update information on the system.
- Track warranty orders and send them for delivery and receipt.
- Support store staff (complete some other tasks within the scope of responsibility when requested by the Store Manager).
