JOB DUTIES
1. Activities of organizing exams
- Prepare equipment for exams and exams: exam questions, computers, sound equipment, security equipment,...
- Carry out operations for the exam and exam shifts: announce exam rules, check exam papers and identification documents, check security before entering the exam room, arrange seats, announce time exam, supervise candidates during the exam
2. Administrative work
- Store, compare, and check documents to ensure compliance with procedures and instructions related to exam organization activities.
- Perform tasks related to data entry, printing, and clerical work of the department
- Synthesize information and data and make reports according to regulations
- Other administrative work as requested by the department head
